ADULTS
Promenade position.
The Adult class teaches both Ballroom and Latin American dances.
No previous experience is necessary but a partner is required.
How to lead, follow and dance comfortably as a couple is emphasised.
Dances are taught slowly so the steps can be easily understood. Each couple is encouraged to improve at their own rate as new figures are introduced.
The objective is to be able to dance around dance floor with confidence and to extend one's own repertoire of dances and figures.
Interested pupils may take part in out medal tests.
Successful candidates.
You're a very good dance teacher and I have had many different ones. You are up here (hand raised high above head) and I mean that.
