Class Content

Dance styles
All our dances are taught in stages to maximise learning. Each individual progresses at his/her own level and is challenged accordingly. We dance at varying speeds within all classes so it’s a good way to keep fit too!

Latin American
Dance to exciting rhythms from Latin America. Dances taught include Rumba, Cha Cha Cha, Paso Doble, Jive and Samba. The basics of other rhythms such as salsa and mambo are introduced.

Ballroom
Learn style and graceful moves for the ballroom. Experience the waltz, tango, quickstep and foxtrot.

Freestyle
Freestyle is based on modern disco and popular music. Develop fast and slow techniques including spins, kicks and arm movements applicable to the particular rhythm and mood of the music.

Line Dance
It's no longer cowboy hats and boots. Dance in line to a wide range of rhythms including country, pop, Latin, and ballroom.

Wedding dance
A dance especially choreographed for you to your chosen song for that important occasion.
